3. Course access and conduct

• Access is for individual use only unless otherwise stated.
• Respect peers and instructors; harassment or plagiarism results in removal without refund.
• We may modify content to improve clarity or accuracy.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials are owned by Prosecraft Atelier or our instructors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning. You retain rights to your own writing submissions; by submitting, you grant us a limited license to display them within the course environment for feedback.

6. Disclaimers

Courses aim to improve your craft but do not guarantee publication or financial outcomes. The site is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosecraft Atelier and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the community. You may stop using the site at any time.
